Ensure you know how the tables are to be decorated. Will the tables have flowers on them, will there flowers decorating the rest of the room, make sure you know what you are getting.

Flowers and silk drapes can completely change a dull banquet room into an room very pleasing on the eye. Balloons can be a great decoration for parties and less formal celebrations although balloon displays are available for any type of event. Normal balloons can be held in ceiling net and released at the appropiate time whilst more sophistic types can be designed into decorations for any occasion.

Don’t forget to consider the lighting, you may be looking at the banquet hall in the daylight and your celebration may be after dark. See the room at night before making your choice.
